Agricultural Development Bank Data Governance Platform Phase II (January 2024 – April 2025)

  1. Primarily participated in the design and development of frontend and backend modules including: Data Quality Services (role-based rule permissions, problem data management covering historical data import/adaptation, issue scheduling/import/distribution/feedback/approval/rollback/rectification), statistical reports (daily issue rectification progress reports, monthly assessment score reports), data migration scheduling, system settings, and log management.
  2. Later served as a team leader for a group of five, communicating with business analysts to precisely understand and express requirements, and accurately conveying tasks and feedback within the team.

Project Overview: The Data Governance Platform aims to improve the overall data quality of the bank. Centered on concrete data governance implementation strategies, it establishes effective management systems to enable data quality inspection, tracking, rectification, and enforcement of unified data standards across the entire organization. Technical Highlights:

  1. Designed and implemented a distributed resource locking mechanism based on Redis state bits to address Redisson lock release issues in asynchronous threads, ensuring mutual exclusivity and reliability of rule asynchronous task flows.
  2. Responsible for designing and optimizing API security and protection mechanisms, including frontend-backend idempotency control, dynamic configuration for sensitive data masking, API permission validation to prevent unauthorized requests, and SQL injection protection for dynamic table name scenarios.
  3. Developed a scheduling and migration plan for moving data from DM (Dameng) database to PostgreSQL, converting regular tables to Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) tables and partitioned tables to distributed hash tables, while ensuring transaction consistency, supporting metadata alignment, batch migration, and concurrent task processing.
  4. Built an asynchronous task handling and distributed control mechanism based on RocketMQ, enabling peak shaving for operations such as feedback, approval rollback, and broadcast termination of remote scheduled statements, significantly improving system stability and responsiveness.
  5. Implemented read-write separation at the DAO layer using dynamic-datasource with multi-datasource support, and ensured transactional consistency across multiple data sources with @DSTransactional.
  6. Quickly ramped up in about a week to independently develop frontend modules using Vue3 + Element Plus, and skillfully utilized ECharts 5 features — including timeline, dataZoom, visualMap, and geo components — to achieve visualization of issue management workflow steps and build large-scale statistical report dashboards.

  3. Leveraged Redisson distributed locks to ensure uniqueness and idempotency in concurrent scenarios of account pre-application and account opening operations, effectively preventing duplicate account creation.
  4. Optimized slow batch update interfaces by merging multiple UPDATE statements into a single statement using CASE WHEN, significantly reducing database interaction frequency and improving execution efficiency.
  5. Integrated with accounting and risk control systems via the in-house transaction exchange platform to dynamically query necessary business fields.

Project Overview: An internal knowledge-sharing platform designed to facilitate the exchange and sharing of information and learning resources within the company. The project adopted a monolithic architecture and was divided into frontend and backend parts. The frontend covered login authentication, posting and commenting, message notifications, and content search, while the backend included modules such as user management, content management, system management, and user configuration.

Technical Highlights:

  1. Implemented full-text search based on Elasticsearch, combined with IK Analyzer and Pinyin Analyzer, enabling tokenization, categorization, pinyin search, and highlighted query results for posts and resources.
  2. Used Redis ZSet to cache post popularity scores, and integrated with Elasticsearch to sort search results by popularity.
  3. Utilized RocketMQ to asynchronously push user notifications.
  4. Applied Canal to achieve incremental synchronization between MySQL and Elasticsearch, effectively solving the issue of message order disruption during MQ-based synchronization.

Responsibilities: Mainly responsible for the development of the frontend exam module and points leaderboard module, as well as backend modules for student management and system management.

Project Overview: In response to the pandemic and to boost user engagement under the "suspension of classes without stopping learning" initiative, we launched the Smart Learning System. It introduced activities like level-based quizzes and mock exams, offering users rewards such as course coupons and virtual phone credits. The project adopted a front-end/back-end separation architecture. The backend covered modules like student management, exam management, question bank management, grade management, prize management, and system management. The frontend was built as a WeChat Mini Program, featuring task-based quizzes, mock exams, points leaderboard, login/registration, and more.

  1. Adopted Druid connection pool to enable SQL firewall protection and performance monitoring.
